All Sales Are Final
All orders, including preorders, are final. No returns, refunds, or cancellations for change of mind, except where required by law.
Please review the item description, format, size where applicable, quantity, and shipping information before completing your purchase.
Preorders
Items marked PREORDER are offered for purchase before their release or availability for shipment. Ordering a preorder item does not mean it will ship immediately.
The product listing or checkout will state the payment timing and estimated release or shipping window. Release dates and shipping estimates may change because of manufacturing, production, or distribution delays.
If a delay affects your order, we will notify you and provide any revised shipping information and cancellation or refund options required by law. Where required, we will obtain your consent to delayed shipment. If we cancel a release or cannot fulfill your order, we will refund the unfulfilled portion.
Payment and Order Details
Prices and applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown before purchase. You must provide accurate billing, contact, and delivery information and use an authorized payment method.
Contact us promptly if your order details need correcting. Changes may not be possible after processing or shipment.
Order Problems
For damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items, contact cs@jackpotrecords.vip with your order number and a description of the issue.
Our final-sale policy does not limit your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

Updates to these terms apply to future orders. The terms in effect when you purchase apply to that order, subject to applicable law.
